It's safe to say this waffle shop owner won't be leaving any four-star reviews on the Groupon app page anytime soon — mostly because he's probably had to sell his computer to help keep this restaurant afloat. He claims the company has taken its sweet time to send him the money his restaurant made off of a recent Groupon deal, and is offering this steep mark-up to cover the cost.
