If you're having trouble paying for a vet bill, get your butt to the Holiday Inn in Clinton, New Jersey -- there's a bar patron who just left a $1,000 tip to bartender Christina Summitt because her lab mix, Tucker, needed surgery after swallowing a hard plastic ball.

According to CNN, the bill for food and drinks was only 80 bucks, but the benefactor who would like to remain anonymous scrounged up an extra grand to kick in for tuckers $2,700 surgery. The exorbitant tip was a very unexpected surprise to Summitt, who says the topic of the animal only came up because the patron noticed her paw print tattoo and inquired about her pets.

Summitt, who works three jobs, volunteers with a pitbull rescue group, and cares for three step-children, wasn't sure how she was going to foot the vet bill. Thanks to this generous donor, tucker is now recovering at home. Hopefully with much softer balls.
