Girl Scout sets up shop in front of a marijuana dispensary.

This Girl Scout has earned her Exploiting Stoners badge. 13-year-old Danielle Lei and her mom Carol set up shop in front of The Green Cross, a San Francisco medical marijuana dispensary, on Monday. She quickly sold 117 boxes of cookies in two hours (in the same amount of time, she sold 80 boxes in front of a Safeway).

Carol likes to think of setting up outside a marijuana dispensary as not just lucrative, but educational. She told Mashable she saw it as a good way to start a conversation with her daughter about drugs used recreationally and for medical purposes. Staff at The Green Cross also thought the idea was brilliant, and welcomed Danielle back several times.

But not all Girl Scout troupes believe location is everything. When a photoshopped image of three Girl Scouts selling cookies in front of a medical marijuana clinic in their state popped up online, Girl Scouts of Colorado protested.

Girl Scouts of Northern California, on the other hand, don't mind one bit. Dana Allen, director of Marketing and Communications for the organization, told Mashable: "We're not telling people where they can and can't go if it's a legitimate business."

I have no doubt that Danielle will make a great businesswoman someday.
